· I will track my emotions using the Subjective Happiness Scale (SHS)1 (Lepper & Lyubomirsky, 1999) 3 x day for a week.
· I will also track which days during the week I do or do not train Honey. Notes will be recorded for any sessions that are not positive. I am no longer tracking the time I train Honey.
JUSTIFICATION FOR CHANGES
After realising that my mood massively tanked after I fell into bad habits and used an aspect of force within my training, I decided it would be important to take notes of any sessions where this happens again.
