Just tracked my happiness for the project, and it's VERY low this morning. Like, really low.
However, there are definitely external factors for this.
I won't go into too much detail, but long story, short, I met someone last year that I've had a bit of a minor issue with for a while now. This person hasn't done anything to me personally, but I just really don't like their vibe. I also think they're quite fake and pretentious.
Regardless, I've been trying to separate myself from this person, but it's becoming increasingly difficult since we have a lot of the same interests and influences. Because of this reason, it's also harder to just cut them off.
So now I'm at an impasse.
Maybe I should add another variable into the project based on whether I see anything related to this person or not? I think that would produce some very interesting results lol. I would definitely hypothesise a drop in my mood whenever I did see anything related to them. Again, lol.
Either way, documenting my thoughts will be helpful for the project, because I can cross reference any of my blog posts to a particular day in the project and identify any other factors that may have been going on.
